Odd One Out has no accounts, no sign-in and no tracking. There is no database — a game exists in the server's memory while it is being played and is gone afterwards.
All of it is deleted when the game ends or when the room expires. Nothing survives a server restart.
Clips you record are stored on the game server so the TV can play them back during the game. They are deleted when the room ends, and anything left is deleted automatically after 24 hours. They are never sent anywhere else.
If someone reports a player, the report is kept: who reported whom, when, the reason given, and the messages that were reported. That is how a report can be acted on within 24 hours, and it is the only thing here that is kept on purpose. Reports are readable only by the developer.
The server logs connections and errors, including IP addresses, as any web server does. These are operational logs, are not linked to a person, and are not used for advertising or analytics.
Nobody. There is no analytics service, no advertising, and no third party with access to game data. The app talks to one server, odd1out.net, and nothing else.
The game is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Leave the game and your data is gone with the room. To ask about anything held about you, or to have a report about you reviewed, write to support@odd1out.net (not set up yet) — set CONTACT_EMAIL on the server before submitting to Apple.
